Worked with Product Manager, Tech Lead and UX Research to kick off project by:
• Initial research, information gathering and user insights into problem needing to be solved.• Analyzation and synthesis of all informaiton obtained.• Initial thoughts and statements of user needs and business needs to be addressed.
• Start the process of brainstormong, ideation and creation of initial low fidelity wireframes.• Mapping of user flows• Working closely with Product Manager, and Tech Lead to created detailed diagramming of interaction flows within the digital platform including start/stop points, API calls, database interactions, user actions, etc.

Together withe UX Research conducted the following:
• Usability testing of MVP release to pilot branch locations• Analysis and synthesis of MVP feedback• Document and prioritize bugs, fixes and further adjustments needed.
